| 内容記述 | In South China, one can see the phenomenon at work with direct investments by many Japanese companies accompanying a technological transfer to local workers and managers. What kind of managements and technological transfers are the Japanese companies developing in this area now? How do the Japanese company's managers recruit their staffs? How do they educate and train a lot of workers in the time of their factory biginning to operate? Is the Japanese-type of management valid there? For the purpose of investigating these ploblems, I had the interview with managing-directors and other managing-staffs of five Japanese companies in South China. | |||||||||||||
