| 内容記述 | This paper shows Industrial Sociology is useful for Environmental Sociology. Although the Industrial situation has changed drastically, the Work is still remaining in the work place in every enterprise. And most of the Japanese laborers are attending the job training. Actually, many of them are socialized in the work place. The most important thing is explained in this paper, which is that Environmental Measures in the administrative level is one good example for social change aiming at an Environmentally Friendly Society. In short, it is important to enrich Environmental Sociology by investigating results from the Industrial point of view. |
