| 内容記述 | International sports law is a new member in internationa law. Olympic Charter and Amateur Sports Act are the foundational principles. 1984 under these legal principles Court of Arbitrationa for Sports (CAS) is created by International Olympic Committee. These legal principles are positive law, the arbitration work of CAS is the case law. In my article I gathered up cases that presented to CAS, and try to examine these legal process. These cases will show us the function and development of international sports law. | |||||||
