| 内容記述 | 筆者は，文教大学経営学部の設置に向けたカリキュラム設計に関わった。その際、「人間尊重の経営」を重視したカリキュラムの設計を行った。現在、人間尊重の経営への関心が高くなっていることと、本学の理念が「人間愛」であったためである。本稿では、心理学、組織論、人的資源管理／人材育成、組織コミュニケーションの改善、他の学問領域、について関連する主な理論や手法などを紹介する。その上で、本学部での人間尊重の経営を重視したカリキュラム設計の考え方と科目配置について解説する。 This paper explains the curriculum development towards human-respect management for Faculty of Business Administration of Bunkyo University. Because the university provides education aimed at promoting “Empathy for All Humanity, ” the newly-established faculty focuses on human-respect management in the curriculum. This paper explains the characteristics of the curriculum comprising psychology, organizational theory, human resource management, organizational communication and other academic fields. |
