"本研究は乳幼児をもつ母親を対象に、ストレス反応に影響を与える諸要因を調査し、育児中の母親への相談支援の指針を得ることを目的とした。回収した141名の調査紙について重回帰分析した結果、ストレス反応に影響を与える要因として育児ストレッサーとコーピングが見出された。ストレス反応に正の影響を与えていた要因は、定型発達児の母親では「子どもの聞き分けのない行動」「子どもの食行動における問題」「親としての対応」とカタルシス、障害児の母親では「親としての対応」と回避的思考、責任転嫁であった。また負の影響を与えていた要因は、定型発達児の母親では肯定的思考、障害児の母親では気晴らしであった。この結果を相談支援に繋げると、定型発達児の母親には楽観的・前向きになれるような言葉かけをすること、障害児の母親にはスポーツやお喋りといった気晴らしを勧めることが母親のストレス緩和に有効と考えられる。",
