"社会の変化とともに社会が大学に求める教育も変化し、学士力や社会人基礎力などに見られるように、知識やスキルだけでなく、態度を含むコンピテンシーの育成が求められている。\n三枝（2015）では、海外日本語教育実習に参加した実習生の社会人基礎力の実習前後の認識値を比較し、実習後にその認識値が上昇したことを報告した。本稿では、社会人基礎力を伸長させた日本語教育実習の授業の構造と、変容した実習生の両面に焦点を当て、それぞれの可視化を試みた。まず、日本語教育実習を経験学習の理論から分析し、その構造を検証した。その結果、日本語教育実習は「よく考えられた実践（deliberate practice）」の経験学習モデルの遂行が可能な活動を行っていることが確認された。次に実習生の「経験から学ぶ力」をインタビューデータから検証した。その結果、キャリア意識を持つことで経験から学ぶ力がより高められることが示唆された。日本語教育実習生の変容とそれを可能にしている実習の構造を可視化し、教育の質保証の一データを提供するとともに、今後の実習活動に関しても提案を行った。",
