| 内容記述 | Discussions on youth work in recent years are extensions of discussions on “the whereabouts of youth”dating from the 1990s, and discussions on those “whereabouts” have been influenced by discussions of groups and leaders of young people since the latter half of the 1960s. Give the state of youth education in recent years, research on youth work needs:（1） to devise a methodology for support through direct “involvement,”（2）to clarify the significance and limitations of support through traditional small group activities, （3） to examine the effectiveness of a social work methodology, and（4）to examine the position of volunteer leaders. | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 近年のユースワークに関する議論は、1990年代以降の青少年の「居場所」をめぐる議論の延長線上に位置づくものであり、「居場所」をめぐる議論は、1960年代後半以降に青少年の集団や指導者をめぐって展開された議論を踏まえて成立したものである。近年の青少年教育の状況を踏まえると、今後のユースワークに関する研究課題として、①直接的な「かかわり」を通じた支援方法論を構築すること、②伝統的な小集団活動を通じた支援の意義と限界を明らかにすること、③ソーシャルワークの方法論の有効性を検討すること、④ボランティアの指導者・支援者の位置付けを検討すること、の4点を指摘することができる。 | |||||||||||||
