| 内容記述 | Many studies have examined student interns' development in teaching practice and the effectiveness of training programs. However, trainees and their academic advisors are mainly considered as members of teaching practice communities. In fact, learners should be part of the community, but they are usually not considered in studies in the teacher education field. This paper examines how learners who are members of the community evaluate the Japanese language teaching practice and strategies used in practical training. The data consist of the following: 1） interview survey and 2） recorded lesson materials. Results show that 1）Learners are evaluating teaching practice by using advanced cognitive ability and 2） Learners are attempting cooperative participation so that classes can be conducted smoothly according to the culture of the school where teaching is conducted. Based on the above results, we need to understand learners in teaching practice as adult learners with advanced cognitive ability and insist on the necessity of constructing educational Japanese language training programs. |
