| 内容記述 | This paper focuses on various issues surrounding the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and examines them from the perspective of international law. At the same time, we will consider various proposals by civil society and experts. First, regarding the Korean War, we will consider the legal status of the UN forces in Korea, the legal status of North and South Korea, and the Korean War Armistice Agreement. Next, it is pointed out that the collective security system of the United Nations is difficult to function in Northeast Asia, because a structure is formed in which Japan-US / South Korea-US security treaties in on hand and North Korea-China security treaty in the other are confronting each other. Furthermore, after reviewing the issue of nuclear development by North Korea, finally, we compared the proposals by civil society and experts on the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and pointed out their mutual complementarity. | |||||||||||||
