| 内容記述 | This paper aims to analyze the Okinawan music "boom" among the Okinawan-Peruvian younger generation around 2000 based on the interviews that the author realized in 2010 at Lima-Peru and Okinawa. The author tries to analyze the meaning of Okinawan music practices in Peru: how they came to form Okinawan music groups, what kind of music experiences they had had before forming their own groups, what they pursue through their music activities. At the same time, the author examines the historical experiences of Okinawan immigrants to Peru as a context of the Okinawan music practices in Peru. | |||||||
