| 内容記述 | It has been said in the developmental group, that newcomers or newly added members relate to group activity in the context of their personal learning process and assimilate into advanced systems more quickly than old timers who have long belonged to the group. The effects of the learning process on the assimilation of new group members was investigated by the "revised aquaintance test (a variant of sociometric test)". From the time of presession questionnaire to the time of postsession questionnaire, the grade of acquaintace (width and depth of understanding others) increased more progressively in new members than in old timers. Generally, the degree of group cohesion develops in the sense that membets feel that they have participated in group activity with eath other. Joining together may feed the self-image of each member. It was confirmed by TST (Twenty Statements Test) that the change of self-image of members in a developmental group were greater than in a seminar group. | |||||||||||||||||||||
