| 内容記述 | Our current period in which the rightness or wrongness of leadership is deemed to control the fates of national and business organizations calls for the measurement and assessment of readership with greater levels of objectivity and validity. Kanai's In Search of the Transformational Middle (1991) was an attempt to transcend the theoretical framework of dualistic leadership measurement, which had already been safety ensconced within leadership theory. This paper focuses on the measurement scales of Kanai's classification of leadership styles, and considers and evaluates the validity of those leadership measurement scales from the most up-to-date perspectives. | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 現在のようにリーダーシップの是非が国家や企業組織の命運を左右する時代には、より高い妥当性でリーダーシップを客観的に測定する必要性がある。リーダーシップ理論ですでに安定的に確立された2元論的なリーダーシップ測定の理論的枠組を超える試みとして、金井（1991）による『変革型ミドルの探究』がある。そのリーダーシップ・スタイルの分類の尺度に再度、光を当て、現代的な視点から検討を加え、リーダーシップ測定の尺度としての妥当性を検討する。 | |||||||||||||
