The purposes of this paper were to identify the roles of, and to discuss the effect of "Fitness" as a physical education. The major concepts of "Fitness" were that "the physical exercise fitted in every one brings two benefits, one's health and well-beings."Fitness" as a physical education program have the following materials, 1) sport exercise, 2) physical training, 3) life-span developmental theory in sport and training science, and 4) feedback system for self-assessment. We want to be that student's autonomy and positive attitude for healthy and active life were developing through "Fitness" activities. So that, we have to discuss about the possibility of "Fitness" as a physical education.
