| 内容記述 | In case of earthquake warning we have not had any experience to draw a lesson. The incident of false earthquake warning which happened at Hiratsuka City in Kanagawa. Prefecture in 1981 provided us with a kind of social experiment. In this paper, the reactions of residents to earthquake warning and the conditions of communication system to work well in warning period are discussed on the basis of analysis of survey done just after the incident. |
