| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to examine the opinion of young people on the following subjects, and to identify the relationships among them. A test was conducted on 323 male and 319 female university students. A questionnaire consisted of the following three main points. 1. Whether they expect themselves to be good parents, or not. 2. Whether some school education is a precondition for them to be good parents in the future, or not. 3. Whether they regard their parents as good parents, or not. The result of this survey is as follows. 1. The percentage of male students who think that they will be good parents is larger than that of female students. 2. The percentage of male students who suppose that some school education for them is a precondition for being good parents is also larger than that of female students. From my judgement on the subject, it seems that male students have a strong tendency toward over-confidence. 3. The male students who regard their fathers as good parents, tend to think that they will also to be good parents. And they tend to think that some school education is necessary for them to be good parents in the future. 4. There are plenty of students who don't know whether they will be good parents or not, and who don't have confidence about being good parents. Further examination on the above subjects is urgently important in order to prove the positive effect of some school education for young people in order to be good parents. |
