| 内容記述 | Recently on-line information services, such as data base services, have been growing favorably in the business area. But many challenges to those in the living area have'nt succeeded in many countries except in a few cases. At the beginning of this year, a certain business of this kind in Japan using a comparably large scale facsimile network was obliged to stop its main services after two years' run. Conditions for the success in the living area seem to be fairly different from those in the business one, and it becomes important that those conditions for success are made clear. In this paper instructions for success of business of living-oriented information services are discussed by investigation and comparison of conditions between successful cases and unsuccessful ones. | |||||||
