| 内容記述 | There are three important points to consider when we build a hotel. \n The first is its location; The second is also its location; What is the third, then? It is, of course, its location again. \n This is the ABC of hotel management. "Location, location, and location" is the bye word of all involved in hotel management - they may joke about it, and there may be those who disgree, but one thing is certain, there is no one in the hotel business who does not know this key point. \n If a hotel is built in a wrong location by the founder, the management efforts of his successors will probably be in vain. \n In this report, the locations of four hotels - Formentor, Son Vida, La Residencia, and L'Hermitage - on Mallorca Island, which is one of the grand resort islands of the world, located in the western Mediterranean, are examined, and the correlations between these hotels and their location are reviewed. Considering these characteristics of tourism in the Mediterranean area can be of benefit to tourist industry personnel in Japan. |
