| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to discuss the conditions in which an individual's future career can be effectively used as an intangible asset. We compared clarity in the attribution of property rights of the asset-in this case an individual's career-between seniority-based promotion and result-oriented systems. We also compared clarity in the nature of an individual's career as an asset between students and working people. The degree to which a future career can be effectively used as an asset was measured according to whether or not career objectives are clearly determined. Results of the study showed a greater tendency for career objectives to be clear in a result-oriented system and among working people. This suggests that a career can be effectively used in cases where an individual is clearly a career owner and where the nature of the career as an asset is clearly defined. | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | 本稿は、無形の“財産”としての個人の仕事上の将来のキャリアが有効に活用されやすくなる条件について考察することを目的としている。キャリアという財産の所有権の帰属が明確であるかどうかが“年功序列 vs. 成果主義”によって、また、財産としてのキャリアの内容が明確であるかどうかが“学生 vs.社会人”によって検討された。将来のキャリアの“有効活用の度合”は“キャリア目標が明確に定まっているかどうか”によって測定された。調査の結果、年功序列よりも成果主義で、また、学生よりも社会人でキャリア目標が明確である傾向が得られた。これらにより、キャリアの所有者が明確である場合とキャリアという財産の内容が明確になっている場合にキャリアは有効活用されやすいという示唆が得られた。 | |||||||||||||
