| 内容記述 | プロフィット・ゾーンとは、顧客ニーズの充足の対価としての収入が関連コストを大きく上回る状態 を指している。この状態にある企業は大きな利益を得ているが、プロフィット・ゾーンは企業環境の変 化にともない、常にシフトしている。本稿ではプロフィット・ゾーンにビジネスを位置づける方策とし て、ビジネストライアドという概念を導入する。ビジネストライアドは、「顧客を誰にするか」「その顧 客に何を提供するか」「どうやって実現するか」の３つの視点から事業を捉えていくものである。多く の事例をみながら、現在の事業がプロフィット・ゾーンにあるか否か、また、どうすればプロフィッ ト・ゾーンに位置する新しい事業を創造できるかについて考察する。考察を通じて、企業発展の一般法 則を探る。 A profit zone is the perfect state for a firm to attain its profit-earning potential. A profit zone indicates a state rather than a place, where the revenue from customer satisfaction significantly surpasses the related costs. Many firms find it difficult to cope with a profit zone's constant state of change. We introduce the concept of the business triad to analyze business growth and understand the profit zone. A business triad consists of customer groups, customer needs, and business resources. If firms can establish their business triads in a profit zone, they greatly increase their chances of achieving their profit-potential. This thesis explains the relationship between a profit zone and a business triad using several business cases. |
