| 内容記述 | It is the international organizations of the EU, the Council of Europe, OECD, UNESCO and so on that have a significant effect on the educational policy in contemporary European countries. In this paper, we will examine the suggestion for the educational policy of European countries with a focus on OECD. OECD started for the purpose of contributing to the promotion of economic growth, support for economic development and expansion of world trade for the development and cooperation of the liberalist economy in Europe and the United States. By tracing the historical process of OECD, we will examine the suggestion of OECD for the educational policy in these countries. This paper is the first part to consider the educational programme of OECD for the purpose of exploring ‘educational circumstances in Europe and educational system in the Netherlands’. |
