| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to reveal qualitative variables that influence junior high school teachers’ sense of consultation effectiveness as school consultants. 231 teachers participated in the survey（Male=132, Female=99）．A quantification techniqueⅠanalysis using four teacher related variables and two consultants related variables found that only two teacher related variables（gender and age） explained teachers’ sense of consultation effectiveness. Limitations of the study and directions for future research are discussed. | |||||||||||||
