| 内容記述 | [Purpose] Type D personality has recently attracted attention as a psychological factor closely related to the onset and progression of coronary heart disease (CHD). The purpose of this study was to examine the rate of discrimination of the Japanese version of the Type D Scale (DS14) in patients with CHD. [Method] Participants (N=255; 135 patients with CHD, 121 normal adults) completed questionnaires including the Japanese version of the DS14. [Results and discussion] Logistic regression analysis indicated that the discriminative predictive value of the DS14 was 77.0% in patients with CHD, 73.1% in normal adults, and 75.2% overall. A relatively high rate of discrimination was observed, so the current results indicate that Type D personality is closely associated with the development of CHD. |

| 内容記述 | 【目的】タイプＤパーソナリティは、冠動脈性心疾患（CHD）の発症と進行に密接に関連する心理的要因として最近注目を集めている。本研究の目的は、CHD患者における日本語版DS14の判別率について検討することである。 【方法】CHD患者135名および健常者121名に日本語版Type D Scale-14（DS14）の回答を求めた。 【結果と考察】ロジスティック回帰分析を行った結果、患者群において77.0%、健常者群において73.1%、全体として75.2%の判別率が示された。これらの結果は、比較的高い判別率が認められたことから、タイプＤパーソナリティ性格がCHDの発症に高い関連性を有することを示している。 |
