| 内容記述 | The performance-based system has been the subject of various discussions. This article proposes to review the history of Japan's performance-based system and to look at it from the perspective of pay and benefits and from that of the establishment of a target system within the organization. Based on an experimental study, this article will also discuss the fact that creating a target system within a performance-based system most likely encourages top-down support in which a boss supports his or her subordinates. | |||||||||||||
