| 内容記述 | The story of Babel in the Old Testament is about how the diversification of languages was brought about. The language difference constituted, and still does, the core of the cultural differences. The mythical Babel story can be said to be among the earliest documents that show what ancient people made out of the cultural differences among themselves. The story comes after the story of Noah's three sons, in which we find both the Yahwistic passages, and the Priestly writings. The present paper tries to find out what difference it makes when we read the Babel story as sequel to the Yahwistic passages of Noah's three sons. | |||||||||||||
